i. Air-conditioning system will be connected to Landlord’s electricity meter and Tenant shall pay the power consumption for the Air-conditioning

iii. Additional air-conditioning
The maximum daily operation hours is 16 hours at RM30.00 per hour per Fan Coil Unit (FCU) and the power consumption to run the air conditioning system as per actual meter reading.
